My Very First Video Portrait: Ling

While it's not the first portrait I've done, the idea for "I Love To Draw Cats" sprouted and came to fruition, thanks in large part to my life partner, during work on this one. It was a uniquely touching experience to commemorate the special bond between Ling and her human, Katie, through both the portrait and the video. I cried a few times, but it was a welcome emotion that confirmed that I was expressing something meaningful for myself and others. I hope it touches you too, somehow.
